Tenor, Kenneth Clymer, obtained his Bachelor of Music degree at University of Texas at Arlington where he and was the winner of the DFW area NATS Division X classical vocal competition. He performed such roles as Tamino in Mozart’s Magic Flute at UTA as well as numerous other roles and supporting roles.
Kenneth received a Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He recently appeared as Tito in the BASOTI (Bay Area Summer Opera theater Institute) production of Mozart’s La clemenza di tito. He has appeared in the Ensemble of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music productions of The Rakes Progress, The dialogues of the Carmelites and as the Notary in Gianni Schicchi.
Kenneth has also appeared in several conservatory musical theater productions such as She Loves Me. He was a member of the Fort Worth Opera Festival chorus in Rossini’s Cenerentola, Bizet’s Carmen and as Solo inmate in Jake Heggie’s Dead Man Walking. He also has appeared in Fort Worth Opera productions of Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, Puccini’s Turandot, Menotti’s Amahl and the Night Visitors, and several other productions.
